Hi, Iām Andy
Iām lifelong Columbus resident, BCSC teacher of 26 years, real estate investor (weāve renovated and sold 3 flips and have a short- term rental in South Haven, MI.) Iāve published a book which you can order here if you want about my adventures at CSA New Tech High School.
Iāve covered every inch of Columbus, Indiana on my bike, in my running shoes, behind the wheel and occasionally on ice skates. Iām married to my wife of 23 and together we have three wonderful sons and two dogs.
My non- real estate obsessions include music (especially my band The Greenback Dollars), soccer (football), golf, reading, writing, trees, cooking, cycling, working out at EPIC Training and Coaching.
I love learning, especially about mindset, productivity, and business. I have experienced great success in many realms of life and for that reasonI feel very optimistic about the futureā¦ always!
We will be empty nesters soon and it will be extremely bizzare. We have been on the sidelines for our kidsā sports since 2005. Perhaps I will fill my time by selling you some real estate!
